Rates vary by property, location and time of year.  To find specific rates for the date and property you want, please go to Property Search, select the property, then check rates and availability.  This will give you the base rate for the property.  When you select BOOK NOW, the system will calculate the total due, including taxes and any additional fees.  You will not be charged until you accept and authorize the total booking cost.
 
In general, our homes are priced very competitively with hotel and motel rooms when you compare the number of people and the facilities you get for the money.
 
Accommodations for 6 people start at about $130 per night including taxes and fees.  That is less than $22 per person, and includes full cooking facilities and plenty of room to roam!
